DEPARTURES
All departure dates and rates are guaranteed.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of $500 per person must be received within 7 days of reservation. Deposit is refundable up to 60 days before departure, less a $200 service fee.

FULL PAYMENT
Full payment must be received by Stay and Visit Inc. office no later than 60 days before departure. Any bookings without full payment by this time are subject to cancellation without notice and your deposit will be forfeited.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Checks should be made to Stay and Visit inc. All major credit cards are accepted with Paypal.

HOTELS
All accommodations feature private baths. Our hotels are of superior quality. Triple or quads occupancy have 2 beds and additional cot/s are available but not recommended for comfort.

INDIVIDUAL TRAVELERS
An additional fee will be charged for single guests occupying a double room. Please note that Europe’s accommodations are typically smaller.

GRATUITIES
It is customary to reward good service at your discretion. Especially for tour escorts, waiters, guides, drivers and porters. Their jobs are seasonal and they depend on gratuities. Please extend these gratuities on the last day of the tour.

NOT INCLUDED
Airfares are not included.

PRE OR POST TOUR HOTEL ROOMS
As a service we will reserve additional hotel nights for you. These room charges, as well as any private transfers, will be added to your tour cost.

EXPECT RIGOROUS WALKS
Many of the tours’ destinations we visit do not permit motorized vehicles in the historic centers. You should expect substantial walking, often on uneven surfaces and up or down steep inclines and stairs. People requiring assistance must have a travel companion who is fully capable and responsible for providing assistance.

TOUR CLIENTS
Stay and Visit inc reserves the right to refuse or retain anyone whose condition or general behavior interferes with the operation of the tour and/or affects the rights or well being of other tour members. Standard refund policy will apply.

STAY AND VISIT INC. RESPONSIBILITY
The responsibility of Stay and Visit inc. and other Stay and Visit ® Italy agents is limited. We act only as an agent for the tour member in all matters connected with hotel and dining services, sightseeing tours and other suppliers of services and transportation whether by air, motor coach, car, boat or other means. As agent, Stay and Visit ® Italy holds themselves free of responsibility for any damage, injury of loss resulting from any cause, including extra costs or losses resulting from delayed or canceled transportation services, changes of schedule, strikes, civil unrest or other conditions beyond their control.

IF YOU MUST CANCEL
If you cancel your tour more than 60 days before departure, your payments are refundable less a $200 service fee. If you cancel your tour within 60 days of departure your payment is non refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover any losses you may incur by the need to cancel or interrupt your trip for a medical or covered reason. You must purchase coverage within 14 days of your initial deposit for pre-existing conditions to be covered. Please ask for information concerning the purchase of travel insurance. We suggest Travelex.

PRIVACY POLICY
We do not retain any personal information from our on-line visitors.  The sole purpose of our website is to provide information about our company, product and promotions.  Our website does not have a database; we are simply an “on-line brochure”. 
You may purchase a tour through Pay Pal.  We do not set any cookies.  We are an “old-fashioned” web-site. The only communication we have with our on-line visitors is initiated by the visitor.  We may be contacted via e-mail (info@stayandvisit.com) or our toll free number is 1-877-222-4857.
We respect our web site visitors and do not contact them unless they contact us and wish to communicate.
